Kuwait Arab Contractors was established in 1995 as a Kuwaiti with Capital of 500,000 KD that was increased to 2,000,000 KD. Capital was distributed among Five companions (minimum limit for companies according to Kuwaiti law) as following:-
1)51% for Kuwaiti side represented by Mr.Abdul-Aziz Thenyan Al-Ghanim
2)49% For Egyption Side Represented by Arab Contractors “Othman Ahamd Otham and Co.”
KAC achieved Top Rank at Kuwaiti Central Tendor
In addition KAC has been choosen by Kuwait Arab Fund to Construct its projects Out side of kuwait |
